Sara and I were starting to feel rather confident in the quality of work, so we decided to was time to venture out of the studio and into the real world. With that in mind, we decided on some sharper fashion shots taken next to some clean, geometric surfaces. Really intense make up would round off the look.
Our model Emma, is actually good friends with Monica, a model Sara and I had previously worked with. Emma was a little nervous having never taken photos like this before, but she quickly started to relax, and form that really intense glare that suited the style perfectly.
Our clean, sharp, geometric surfaces were bought to us care of the Coca Cola building in North Sydney.
Monica came along to provide moral support for Emma, and was also a great help with assisting me for the duration of the shoot. It was fantastic to see her again after her last photos as she has such a wonderful personality.
North Sydney being as it is, was quiet, but rather windy, so we didn't stay too long as the temperature was dropping pretty quickly. Emma put in a fantastic amount of effort, and the results speak for themselves.
